  • Free shipping is offered on all orders, regardless of location.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • We appreciate your patience and will always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.


Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch)

  • United States: 4–7 business days

  • Europe: 6–10 business days

  • Australia: 6–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–9 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 9–21 business days

Order Modifications

  • If you need to update your shipping address, item size, color, or other order details, please contact us immediately at support@printwearhaus.com.

  • Changes cannot be made once an order has already shipped.


Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails, we’ll do our best to assist you.

  • Some couriers may offer re-delivery options, which may include additional fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure your shipping address is correct and someone is available to receive the package.


Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos of damaged items (if applicable)

    • Photo of the packing slip (for missing item claims)

    • Description of the issue

  • Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for resolution.


Delivered but Not Received

  • If your tracking shows the order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please file a claim directly with the courier.

  • To assist us, you may be asked to provide proof of loss or a claim confirmation from the courier.

  • Claims for packages marked “Delivered” are only valid within 7 days of the delivery date.
